Currently I run several websites. I have also worked on quite a few. Web design is often very derivative, especially where most clients would like to use pre-existing themes. The days of HTML coding are not yet completely over, and I am able to use HTML/CSS or work with wordpress. I have also dabbled in other website builders but due to their instability I prefer to work with Dreamweaver whenever possible.
